Our client, a multinational company based in DAFZA, Dubai is looking for an HR / Office Administrator. Preferably someone who can join immediately. Job description: In charge of full HR spectrum (e.g. onboarding, off-boarding, applicant interviews, HR file management, company policy creation and implementation, letter issuance, leave management, employee engagement, team building, trainings, etc)Prepare yearly administrative budget based on company requirements / planPrepare monthly payroll / gratuity and system entryResponsible for general office management (e.g. office renovation, maintenance, supplies replenishment, stock control, utility bills payment)Responsible for effective asset management (e.g. employee phones, laptop, keys, test devices, etc.)Follow up / generate vendor recurring invoicesEnsure that the office runs smoothly and that all members comply with the company policiesManage employee travels and visa requirementsIn charge of organizational renewals (e.g. license, lease, medical and office insurance, employee contracts, visa, company vehicle, parking, mobile plan, employee accommodation, etc)Support the Operations Team in reviewing commercial contracts, draft NDA, MOU, POA, resolution, minutes of meetingAnswer employees' queries about HR-related issues and guide employees for any employment disputeContact and corporate document managementResponsible for company business compliance with relevant rules and regulationsRequirements: Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, Office Administrator, or relevant roleBS in Human Resources Management or relevant field - MBA will be plus pointsComprehensive knowledge of UAE Labour Law (especially the latest labour law)Knowledge of DAFZA / freezone regulationsWith experience managing an office and employeesWith experience creating / updating company policies / HR system or frameworkMust be a self-starter and independentLogical thinker and problem solverExcellent organizational skillsGood verbal and written communication skillsTrustworthyShould be good at negotiating prices from suppliers and contract termsApproachable and with positive mindset Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Salary: Up to AED10,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Do you have experience working in DAFZA or other freezone?Can you join immediately?
