Role Overview:

**Responsibilities**:

- Support HR managers in organizing development programs.
- Help with employee relations by addressing questions and concerns, and escalating when necessary.
- Assist in maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Support in performance management activities, including tracking performance appraisals and reviews.
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records, ensuring they are easily accessible.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
- Support HR activities, including onboarding paperwork and maintaining employee records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and cooperation.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.

**Experience**:

- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Dubai (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
