The Role

Become part of our team and shape this continued growth together We are addressing innovative individuals who want to make a difference Areas of Responsibility: \xe2\x80\xa2 Administration and organization of the Dubai business operation including general office tasks; \xe2\x80\xa2 Supporting the Sr. Executive Assistant in her duties, tasks and responsibilities incl. expense management; \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation and editing of presentations for clients including ROI calculations in Excel; \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation and follow-up of meetings plus providing information material to customers; \xe2\x80\xa2 Internal sales support tasks & coordinating with the sales team regarding each steps of the sales process; \xe2\x80\xa2 Creating the RERA contracts/forms in relation to the sales of properties and real estate; \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing the cost- and cash-flow overview for clients before singing the contracts; \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinating the steps and handling all tasks around ownership transfers of properties (from client signature) * Arranging and preparing all required documents incl. NOC letters, POAs, company & personal docs * Communication and exchanging information with the Dubai Land Department and Trustee Offices \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinating the handover process for completed properties including the required steps to get the key * Handling developer portals; arranging documents and registrations for DEWA, AC, Gas / Internet * Managing property inspections and ensuring snagging to have the property in a perfect condition \xe2\x80\xa2 Arranging the furnishing of the property including all required goods as per the Dubai Tourism Department; \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining real estate online portals: creating and editing listings, overviewing the credits \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinating property viewings with potential buyers, investors or tenants (long- & short-term) \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing information about new projects and properties for the landing page to our marketing department \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing schedules and coordination of business trips as well as planning of customer events; What we offer: \xe2\x80\xa2 Correspondingly good remuneration according to the position \xe2\x80\xa2 European working environment and career development in an innovative real estate company \xe2\x80\xa2 Modern workplace in a prestigious office building in Dubai Marina \xe2\x80\xa2 Residence Visa and the Employee will be taken under the sponsorship of the Company \xe2\x80\xa2 Annual Medical Allowance worth AED 6,000 will be paid to the Employee on a monthly basis \xe2\x80\xa2 Flight Allowance worth AED 2,500 will be paid to the Employee \xe2\x80\xa2 A laptop will be provided and remain the property of the Company

Requirements
Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Completed commercial education (equivalent to A-level) \xe2\x80\xa2 Several years of experience in the field of real estate (min. 2 years) \xe2\x80\xa2 Very good level with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint for presentations \xe2\x80\xa2 High self-initiative and motivation as well as strong communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 High level of organizational skills as well as careful and structured work \xe2\x80\xa2 Authentic, friendly and helpful/supportive business attitude \xe2\x80\xa2 UAE driving license (preferred)
