They collect and analyze data on air, water, and soil quality to assess the impact of human activities and develop strategies for conservation and protection. They also collaborate with government agencies, organizations, and businesses to implement environmental policies and practices.
Responsibilities
• Conduct field surveys to collect environmental samples and data.
• Analyze collected data to assess environmental conditions and trends.
• Develop and implement strategies for environmental conservation and protection.
• Evaluate the impact of human activities on the environment.
• Conduct environmental impact assessments for proposed projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement environmental policies.
• Prepare and present reports on environmental findings and recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest environmental regulations and technologies.
• Provide expertise and guidance on environmental compliance.
• Educate communities and raise awareness about environmental issues.
Requirements
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.
• Completion of a residency program in ophthalmology.
• Board certification in ophthalmology.
• State medical license to practice.
• Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills.
