WSP Middle East has an exciting Graduate BIM_ Emirati role for our rapidly growing Property and building business unit in Sharjah, UAE.

In this role, you will work closely with our experienced BIM team to support various projects and initiatives.
**Your new role, what's involved?**
- This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in BIM technology while contributing to exciting projects in the region. We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow within our team.
- You will play a crucial role in our team, supporting various aspects of Building Information Modelling (BIM) projects.
- Assisting in the creation and maintenance of BIM models for construction projects.
- Collaborating with experienced BIM professionals to ensure accurate and timely delivery of project tasks.
- Participating in clash detection and resolution processes.
- Generating BIM documentation, including drawings and reports.
- Staying updated on industry standards and best practices related to BIM technology.
- Supporting the implementation of BIM processes within the organization.

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- **Qualifications**: Be working towards a relevant Degree or master’s level qualification in Architect, Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Previous experience or internships in a BIM-related role is a plus.
- **Academic Achievement**: Demonstrated track record of exceptional academic results.
- **Motivation and Dedication**: Show consistent drive and a firm dedication to personal and professional development.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Display strong teamwork and communication skills to engage effectively in diverse environments.
