Job Overview:

As a Marketing & Communications Manager, you combine a hands-on mentality and all the traits of an experienced professional with a substantial track record in data-driven MarCom.

Your role involves both designing and implementing a MarCom strategy and supporting corporate communications. Social media communication with a focus on video content will be a core element of our communications portfolio. The ability to execute integrated communications is crucial. Experience in luxury and lifestyle communication would be a significant plus.

Responsibilities:

  • As the overall responsible manager, you will be in the driver-seat to establish our successful communication.
  • You will develop and execute the marketing strategies for our divisions.
  • You oversee and lead our external suppliers and partners in the field of MarCom and social media.
  • You lead the planning and execution of events, webinars, and conferences to showcase our healthcare innovations.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure and adjust marketing performance for optimal results.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to inform marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Your responsibility areas include Strategic Planning, Brand Management, Content Development, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Event Management & Budget Management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) in data-driven digital marketing and communications.
  • Expertise in performance marketing.
  • Strong track record in designing and implementing successful MarCom strategies.
  • Proficient in setting social media communication strategies, with a focus on video content.
  • Experience in luxury and lifestyle communications is a significant advantage.
  • Arabic language skills would be highly welcome.
