Job Description:

The Salesforce Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and Salesforce CRM capabilities. This role will work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Service departments to understand their requirements, recommend solutions, and ensure that Salesforce is configured and customized to support these needs. The Salesforce Business Analyst will serve as a critical link in translating business processes into Salesforce functionalities and workflows.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Requirements Gathering:

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Service teams to understand their business processes, goals, and challenges.

• Document and prioritize business requirements, ensuring they align with Salesforce capabilities.

2.Solution Design:

•Create and propose Salesforce solutions that meet business needs, taking into consideration best practices, industry standards, and scalability.

•Design custom objects, fields, and workflows in Salesforce to support business processes.

3.Configuration and Customization:

•Configure Salesforce CRM according to the approved design, including setting up profiles, permission sets, and security settings.

•Develop and customize Salesforce components such as custom fields, objects, reports, dashboards, and validation rules.

4.Data Management:

•Ensure data quality and integrity within Salesforce by defining data models, data mapping, and data import strategies.

•Collaborate with data administrators to maintain data hygiene and consistency.

5.Testing and Quality Assurance:

•Develop test plans and conduct testing of new Salesforce configurations and functionalities.

•Identify and resolve issues and bugs, working closely with the IT and development teams as needed.

6.User Training and Support:

•Train end-users on Salesforce functionalities, best practices, and processes.

•Provide ongoing support, addressing user inquiries and issues, and assisting with troubleshooting.

7.Documentation:

•Maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and processes.

•Create user guides, training materials, and process documentation.

8.Change Management:

•Assist in change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition to new Salesforce functionalities.

•Communicate changes to end-users and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

9.Reporting and Analytics:

•Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales, marketing, and service performance.

•Monitor and analyze Salesforce data to identify trends and opportunities.

10.Collaboration:

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and business stakeholders, to ensure Salesforce aligns with company-wide objectives.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, IT, etc.) or equivalent work experience.

•Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.

•Strong understanding of CRM concepts, Salesforce architecture, and best practices.

•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience:

•Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.

•Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud is preferred.

•Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations and customizations.

•IT experience in Real Estate related Business Applications with deep understanding of business processes Operational & Managerial Experience

•Extensive experience in an IT enterprise applications and business solutions, with a track record of successfully leading related IT programs and initiatives
