KONE Middle East, Turkey & Africa (KMTA) is embarking upon an exciting growth phase through direct presence across 7 regions and to complement our growth plans and drive our sustainable success with customer strategy, New Building Solutions (NBS) is a strategic priority for our Business. As a part of this effort, we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Senior Sales Engineer with a strong customer-focused mindset to be based in our Dubai office and report directly to the Head of Sales for New Building Solutions and Modernization.

In this role, you will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and customers that are strategic or nationally/locally important. You will proactively identify solutions and develop processes that add value to our customers. The Senior Sales Engineer's role is to manage opportunities from current and new customers and close deals in a way that meets customer needs and maximizes KONE’s order book and profitability.

We need someone who has the ability to influence, is result-driven, and has strong commercial acumen skills.

Are you the one?

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Industrial)

Minimum 5 years experience in one of the following: Complex Sales Process Management / Business Development / Key Account Management

Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service

Ability to interpret and analyze customer needs

Passion for sales, with a proven track record in handling Strategic Key Accounts and a strong customer focus

Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Arabic language skill is an added advantage.

UAE experience is preferred.
