Role Description

This is a hybrid Business Development role with flexibility for remote work, located in Dubai. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating partnerships, and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. You will also be responsible for researching evolving industry trends, recommend new product lines, alternative marketing strategies, and develop targeted sales presentations through the ME markets. The role is on a contract basis with the opportunity to develop into a full time director's position.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing in the luxury industry in the Middle East
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business opportunities and developing strong partnerships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Good business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to research and understand evolving industry trends
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
