Position Overview:As a Corporate Sales/Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities within the corporate sector. You will cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, understand their business challenges, and position our products/services as solutions that add value and drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Prospect: Research and identify potential corporate clients within designated industries/sectors. Develop a targeted prospect list and execute outbound prospecting activities to generate new business leads.Build Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, department heads, and procurement managers. Understand their business goals, challenges, and pain points to position our products/services effectively.Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and objectives. Recommend solutions that align with their business needs and demonstrate a clear ROI. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations.Negotiate and Close: Drive the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. Handle objections effectively and negotiate terms that are mutually beneficial for the client and the company.Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support. Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Proven track record of success in corporate sales/business development.Experience selling to corporate accounts in (industry/sector).Strong networking and relationship-building skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Valid UAE driving license
