Manager, Purchasing Jobs In Dubai | One&Only ResortsFor More Top Organization Jobs Click HereDescription:We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager, Purchasing to oversee the procurement and purchasing of goods and services for our luxury hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the purchasing process from start to finish, including vendor selection, negotiations, and contract management.Responsibilities:
Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize the procurement process and reduce costs while maintaining quality standardsIdentify and select vendors based on price, quality, and delivery capabilities, negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performanceEnsure timely delivery of goods and services to support the hotel operations and maintain stock levels within the budget constraintsCollaborate with department heads to identify purchasing needs and develop specifications for products and services
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the hospitality industryStrong negotiation, communication, and analytical skillsKnowledge of procurement regulations and ethical sourcing practices
