Working with global, diverse, and inclusive teams, we aim to guide and support you to unleash your skillset, explore your passions and make a positive impact beyond your role – Let's Grow Together.Reporting to the L&D Lead, the HR Supervisor is expected to support the training, contributes to designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating learning and performance improvement solutions to close performance gaps under general supervision, and support on third party governance framework to ensure the department is efficient from a vendor onboarding perspective. He/she is also expected to be a brand ambassador for Zurich Middle East.Job AccountabilitiesAs the HR Supervisor, your role will involve:Providing administrative support to ensure the Learning & Development programs runs smoothly, such as:Coordinatingdata preparation and inputs into analysis to inform business decisions in accordance with training needs.Support in monitoring the mandatory trainings and answer any system-related queries to ensure full compliance.Managing the administrative planning and logistics of training initiatives which includes sharing training invitations with employees, collaborating with facilitators, tracking acceptance, room booking and etcSupport on adding, following up with vendor to ensure they are abiding by our third-party governance framework.Support in registering employees for external trainings and follow up on any adjustments required.Supporting the L&D lead in preparing training needs analysis as well as any management reports that shows training progress.Based on the topic defines the best method and media to use to ensure the strongest didactic impact and combines this in a learning program.Collecting attendance and feedback after virtual / face to face events, sharing the feedback and attendance reports with business learning teamsSupport in the wellbeing event preparation as well as the HR department team building events.Updatingtraining materialsMonitoring and update the professional study tracker regularlySupport the L&D lead in updating sharepoint siteContributingto the development and implementation of HR policies and processesEnsuringcompliance to Zurich’s governance and internal controlsParticipatingand support in HR projectsAd hoc support to the HRBPs.Supporting with Emiratisation and the Tawteen portal as and when requiredMonitoring, distributingand responding to inquiries in the HR mailbox.Job QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you’ll require:UAE national with a family bookBachelor’s degree in human resources or experience in Human Resources, specifically in L&DFresh graduates are welcome to applyFluent in English and Arabic languageCustomer centricProactiveStrong organisation and problem solving skillsGood stakeholder management and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detailProficient in Microsoft OfficeWillingness to learn and work in other areas of HR to manage peaks in the team’s workload and cover for colleagues as requiredAbility to work in a team and independentlyAbility to maintain confidentiality at all timesFlexibility to changing environments and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAt Zurich, we like to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.
