This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and functional understanding to ensure seamless integration and efficient utilization of SAP FI-CO capabilities. You will play a critical role in analyzing business requirements, configuring the system, and providing technical solutions to enhance supply chain management processes.What you will be doingCollaborate with business stakeholders globally to understand and gather requirements related to Finance and Costing. Translate business needs into functional specifications.Configure and customize the SAP FI-CO module to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational policies.Develop and implement technical solutions, such as custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and data migration routines, to optimize SAP FI-CO module performance.Conduct thorough testing of SAP FI-CO processes, scenarios, and developments to ensure accuracy, reliability, and adherence to business needs.Train end-users on SAP FI-CO functionalities, support them in understanding system usage, and provide timely resolution to user issues and queries.Collaborate with other SAP functional teams (e.g., SD, PP, MM) to ensure seamless integration between different SAP modules and achieve a holistic ERP solution.Stay abreast of SAP FI-CO advancements, industry trends, and best practices. Propose and implement process improvements and system enhancements to optimize supply chain operations.What we are looking forIn-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP FI-CO module - encompassing A/R, A/P, GL Accounting, Asset Accounting, Cash & Bank Accounting, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Budgeting, BCM, E-Invoicing, Product Costing, Material Ledger and Profitability Analysis.Basic understanding of ABAP programming to debug custom reports, enhancements, and interfaces and raise OSS messages as and when required.Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques for seamless data transfer into SAP FI-CO.Understanding of integration points between SAP FI-CO and other modules like SD, PP, MM.Ability to analyze complex business scenarios, identify issues and propose effective solutions using a combination of technical and functional knowledge.Our ideal matchChartered Accountant with any advanced or relevant certifications in SAP FI-CO.8-10 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FI-CO Consultant, with a focus on both technical and functional aspects of the moduleProven record of successful SAP FI-CO implementations, system configurations, and support.RAK Ceramics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
