IT - SAP Administrator

**Main tasks**
- Effectively manage the company master data in ERP (Collection and administration of database; updates and changes of database e.g. inventory status etc.)
- Provide IT support in creating content for the marketing (e.g. catalogues, websites, etc.)
- Handle critical issues, conduct root cause analysis to provide solution with high efficiency.
- Controls and checks for the ‘errors’ in any database
- Conducts initial investigation and provides fix/workarounds for SAP issues, escalation of incidents raised by key users across all the departments
- Coordinates with SAP global team, support for all SAP related enhancements and implementations including local trainings
- Providing the local support with effective coordination to global IT infrastructure team
- Responsible for the IT Inventory and Asset Management in the area of responsibility (HW, SW, Contracts, Licenses)
- Coordinates with IS support for all IT related changes (like configuration), implementations, and issue related fixes needed.
- Ensure and provide technical IT Support in a timely and professional manner
- Interacts as the interface between the local IT organization and group IT Organization
- Ensure global standards and policies are being implemented and followed
- Interact as local IT Security responsible and ensures IT security guidelines and policies are being implemented and followed

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the processes of the Master Data Management in SAP
- Responsible for the technical implementation of the standardized SKUs
- Interface to the departments of Marketing and Product Management
- Acts as a central helpdesk for all SAP and IT related concerns
- Maintains IMS (Integrated Management System) and follow safety standard procedures
- Accountable for a smooth operations of the local IT Infrastructure and Business Applications

- SAP S4 Hana extensive knowledge and understanding manufacturing sector processes
- Technical IT background
- Strong assertiveness, problem-solving oriented, team player and project management skills
- Effectively manage projects, resources, issues and risks.
- Able to work multiple projects and deliver it as per the agreed timelines.
- Manage technical IT requirements & support other departments Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Sales, etc.

Education
- Min. bachelor degree in business or Computer Science or equivalent
- Acts as a central helpdesk for all SAP and IT related concerns
- Maintains IMS (Integrated Management System) and follow safety standard procedures

**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
