Build quarterly and monthly marketing plans derived from the demand and commercial strategyOwn marketing goals/KPIs tracking and achievement such as: acquisition, retention and awarenessLead and grow a team of marketing executivesTrack and manage marketing budgets and monthly spendBuild and oversee customer communication plans & CRM processDevelop and own the marketing calendar and campaigns end to end
Requirements:
5-6 years experience in MarketingExcellent communication skills in Arabic & EnglishAbility to get hands-on in a complex operational environmentAbility to manage multiple projects and work towards tight deadlinesExperience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results
