Growth Strategy and Implementation:Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to optimize customer engagement and retention.Establish systems, tools, and processes to support data-driven marketing initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define customer segments and personalize communication strategies.Monitor and analyze key growth metrics like consumer activation, customer cross sell, upsell, and customer retention to identify areas for improvement and optimize customer journeys.
Requirements:
Lead the development of GTM plans for launching our products/services in new countries.Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitive landscape, and market trends.Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging and positioning.Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
