As Spa Host at The Lana Dubai, you’ll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacyThe items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Spa Host at The Lana Dubai, but we’ll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.What you'll bringYou’ll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the Spa and Wellness teamHave a strong background in spa reception and guest reservations in the luxury environment, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience handlingYou have a talent for interacting, organizing and effectively demonstrating exceptional guest relationsPossess good team spirit, empathy and be guest-centricCommunication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You will have great skills in this area with a strong customer service ethic and know of its importanceEnglish is the primary language used in our hotel.
