Scope of Work The Program Manager - IoT & MEP Integration will lead the IoT integration projects within the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) domains. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in IoT technologies and a proven track record in the supervision and execution of MEP projects and shall be responsible for working along with the onsite team in Qatar, UAE, to identify, understand, and resolve the integration Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) issues while associating with the offsite India software team to update them on the status of the Project on the software, while ensuring the seamless execution of project deliverables
Job Responsibilities:
Program Delivery Planning;
Take all factors of the previous years performance, operational cost, and budgets and prepare the plan for the current year concerning Project deadlines and timelines
Plan detailed workflows and timelines on a month-on-month basis and align the team to these work plans
Plan and estimate the requirements for the respective project & prioritize the same
Budget Monitoring and Optimization:
Design the estimated budget Plan for the Program execution along with the CEO, keeping contingencies in mind
Oversee project budgets, forecasting costs, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization
IoT Integration Project Operations Management:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IoT-integrated MEP projects
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure successful project completion
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and construction, to ensure seamless integration of IoT solutions
Supervise on-site activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Drive innovation in MEP processes through the adoption of IoT technologies for enhanced efficiency and performance
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates and resolve any issues promptly
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, proposals, and presentations
Software Integration Problem Resolution & Quality Assurance:
Understand and resolve any kind of bottlenecks faced in the Functional flow of the software side of the project, association with both the onsite and offshore teams
Proactively identify and resolve project bottlenecks by leveraging technology on the technical side, with process improvements, and team collaboration
Use effective methodologies to resolve issues effectively and on time
Manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget and meeting quality standards
Risk Monitoring and Mitigation:
Identify potential risks and challenges that could affect project timelines or outcomes
Utilize project management software to track progress, manage schedules, and mitigate risks
Collaborate with project managers to devise strategies and contingency plans for risk mitigation
Monitor and track risk mitigation efforts throughout the project's lifecycle
Stakeholder Management & Reporting:
Collaborate with internal and external teams to design, develop, and implement IT Projects
Prepare regular status reports and submit them to the leadership team
Create an environment that promotes collaborative learning and collective ownership of responsibilities
Evaluate the impact of the delivery to the client with effective monitoring tools
Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and subcontractors to ensure favorable terms and conditions
Work cohesively with the Team and the Management to achieve the desired organizational goals
Qualification and Experience Candidates who have a Graduate degree in the relevant field
8-10 years of relevant work experience
A Certification related to Program and Project Management would be an added advantage

Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of IoT ecosystems, including sensors, actuators, controllers, and communication protocols. Familiarity with IoT security practices and data management
MEP Knowledge: Extensive experience in managing MEP design and construction projects, with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability. Knowledge of current industry standards and regulations
Project Management: Proficient in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals. Experience in conflict resolution and team building
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in preparing and delivering presentations to various audiences
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking. Capacity to analyze data and metrics for informed decision-making
Innovation: A track record of implementing innovative solutions in IoT and MEP projects. Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest technological advancements
Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure project profitability
Quality Assurance: Commitment to quality and excellence, with experience in setting and maintaining high standards of performance
Risk Management: Ability to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent project delays or cost overruns
Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to understand and meet client needs
