A leading quite luxury brand expanding into the middle east region, passionate about delivering high-quality consumer goods to our customers. We're a fast-paced and dynamic company experiencing exciting growth, and we're seeking a results-oriented Operations Director to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of the company's operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective processes across the B2C lifecycle (inventory management, order fulfillment, customer service, etc.) for consumer goods.
  • Develop and implement strategic operational plans that align with the company's overall business goals.
  • Manage and motivate a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory management, including forecasting, purchasing, and warehouse operations for consumer goods.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Partner with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales, finance) to ensure seamless integration and communication.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers of consumer goods.
  • Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and track progress towards goals.
  • Manage and maintain operational budgets.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve operational effectiveness for consumer goods.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in a leadership role within B2C operations, preferably with consumer goods.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing operational strategies that drive efficiency and profitability in a consumer goods environment.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management for consumer products.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing and motivating a team.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) a plus.

Pay: From AED37,000.00 per month
