Essential Functions/ CoreResponsibilities

You willreport to Sr Director for IT Latam Operations

  • Meet Regional team and requirementsand secure approval from global ITSorganizations.
  • Accountable to enforce the ITSgovernance standards
  • Responsible for end-to-endITS delivery
  • Resolve Internal ClientEscalations of ITS Issues across geographies and timezones.
  • Manage Expansion and Transitionsimultaneously.
  • Complete the ongoing transitionand delivery management of ITS based projects to support industryand regulatory compliance.
  • Lead enterpriseasset management for all ITS assets including hardware and softwareinventory, patch management, in the assignedgeography.
  • Manage asset refresh practices,surplus utilization approaches, and license compliance programs toutilize capital and operating funds together withFinance.
  • Evolve incident management practicesto lead the resolution and communications surrounding key incidentswithin the enterprise.
  • Manage allclients/user's escalation in resolving Servicesissues.
  • Manage Clients ITS local relationshiprelated to Projects, Services Changes and Securitycompliance.
  • Accountable to recommend the bestSolution to meet the client requirements and the Global ITSguidance.
  • Accountable to manage the local andthe Global priorities. Capable to work in a cross-functional andmatrixed structure.
