At Kaizen, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional residential and commercial properties that meet the highest standards of design, quality, and sustainability.As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients throughout the sales process. You will identify and understand their needs, showcase our properties, negotiate sales agreements, and ensure a smooth closing process. This role requires excellent sales skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and prospect potential clients through various channels, such as referrals, networking, and online platformsUnderstand clients' needs and preferences, and provide them with detailed information about our propertiesConduct property viewings and showcase the unique features and benefits of each propertyNegotiate sales agreements and facilitate a smooth closing processMaintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, property values, and competitorsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyondCollaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materialsStay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance sales skills and knowledgeRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldProven experience in real estate sales or a similar roleStrong understanding of the local real estate market, including market trends and property valuesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clientsExceptional sales and negotiation abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsSelf-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing salesProficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteValid UAE driver's license and reliable transportationKnowledge of real estate laws and regulations in the UAEBenefitsTraining & DevelopmentHealth Care PlanPerformance IncentiveBasic Salary
