Aa multicultural team of specialists, midwives, health professionals and support staff The current Birth Rate is approximately 1,250 per year with a considerable number of high-risk pregnancies. The hospital boasts a Special Care Nursery and is equipped to manage newborns from 32 weeks gestation, and an Adult Intensive Care facility.Medical care in the maternity and gynaecology areas are provided by Specialist Obstetricians, Registrars and House Officers.
