Manager/Director for a Corporate Communication Strategy Project, Emirates DubaiDiktu è la prima Community di Consulenti e Professionisti indipendenti, che offre servizi a valore aggiunto alle Imprese italiane, ed individua i migliori talenti per la progettazione e la realizzazione di progetti operativi di successo, fornendo soluzioni e risorse adeguate alle singole necessità.Manager/Director for a Corporate Communication Strategy Project, Emirates Dubai | Apply NowProject > Corporate Communication projectClient > Large Conglomerate, UAECandidate Role > The candidate for the project is expected to drive Corporate Communication Strategy, ensuring effective communication within the organization, keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged.Key Responsibilities > A) Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals and values B) Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive media coverage and manage crisis communication when necessary C) Ensure effective communication internally and externally out of the Organization D) Talk and engage Customers, Partners, Suppliers, Investors, Shareholders, with a comprehensive common strategy E) Lead a team of communication professionals, delegating tasks, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment F) Manage communication Budget, assuring a balanced framework of expenses-investments in Media, Social Campaigns G) Oversee the creation of content, including press releases, articles, speeches, and social media postsSkills and attributes for success > 1) 7-10 years of work experience with a minimum 3 years in a Corporate Communication Strategy role in Industry 2) Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university 3) Experience of executing Communication operational projects (Media, Social Campaigns) 4) Know-how about Arabic environmental social aspects UAE 5) Experience of handling internal and external communications stakeholders 6) Ability to manage a group of Professionals in Communication 7) Confidence in aligning Corporate Strategy with Shareholders, Investors, Partners# Profiles requested > 1Workload/Location > Emirates, full timeStart date > as soon as the right candidate are identified, ideally end November 2023Type of engagement contract > initial 6 months period, possibility of long extensionDon’t miss out on this exciting opportunity – apply now at dubaiofferz.com
