The Marketing Campaign Director is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's marketing activities
across the UAE & Egypt

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives, including increasing brand awareness,
customer acquisition & revenue growth

Build strategic relationships & partner with key industry players & agencies

Lead cross-functional teams to plan & implement integrated
marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media,
CRM

influencers, field marketing,
paid advertising, and other digital marketing tactics

Support the
VP of Marketing
with proper analysis of marketing activities & goals
, stay up-to-date on market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth & differentiation

Develop and manage marketing budgets and ensure that all marketing efforts are delivered on time and within budget
for maximum ROI.

Measure & report performance of marketing campaigns on key metrics, gain insight & assess against goals to drive conversion optimization strategies with solid analytical data

Work closely with
internal & external
teams to ensure that all marketing efforts are coordinated and optimized for maximum impact

M
anage a high-performing marketing team, providing leadership, coaching, and development to team members
Requirements:
·
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
·
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
that have driven business results
·
Experience managing cross-functional teams and working collaboratively with other departments
to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and customer experience
·
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to measure campaign success and adjust strategies accordingly
·
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content
·
Strong leadership skills and experience managing and developing a high-performing marketing team
·
Experience with various marketing channels, including social media,
CRM
marketing, paid advertising, and other digital marketing tactics
·
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
·
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
·
Excellent English written & spoken language. Arabic is a bonus
