QC Chemist

Sampling, testing and approving of incoming raw materials and packaging materials; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning out-of-specification material.Record and update test results of incoming raw materials and packaging materials in logbook and forms.Sampling, testing and approving of in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating discrepancies to Production Supervisor & QC Manager.Record and update test results of in-process materials in forms and in ERP.Collect in-process samples and store in retention samples area with proper label on cartridges and cartons.Sampling testing and approving filled finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.Record and update test results of finished good materials in forms and checklists.Collect finished goods samples and store in retention samples area with proper label on cartons, recorded on control samples log and updated on ERP.Routine inspection in production to check ongoing process.Random check on finished goods in carton for final check before transfer to warehouse.ProfileMaster/ Bachelor degree in Science /Polymer/ Chemical etc.At least (3-5) year's experience as a QC Chemist in Manufacturing Industry or Chemical Industry.Ready to work for 12 hours shift duty.We offerAl Muqarram Indusry | We offer a competitive salary package and opportunities for career growth within our organisation.AMI is an equal opportunity employer.
