This role will interact with Central HR and HR Shared Service, and will be a focal point of contact for the Account/Contract Manager and the CSHD support team (Finance BP, Commercial BP, Bidding etc).Job Responsibilities:a-Liaises with people managers regarding the people issues related to procedures and policies and ensures that people managers work within the defined policy & procedures using the HR Service Now and HR Case Management team.b-Provides coaching and mentoring to line managers on employee relations, talent reviews performance management and succession planning, internal policies and procedures, pay review, talent management, absence management and people transition managementc-Lead and manage HR projects collaborating with different stakeholders as of when required by the business and functionJob Requirements:a-Solid and demonstrableexperience across varied HR areas, ideally worked as both an HR generalist and demonstrated expertise with performance management.b-Experience working on a Managerial levelc-Experience working on bid projects and providing HR bid solutions
