Connexa Recruitment are working in partnership with an award-winning International Architectural Design practice who are looking for an Architectural Bid Manager in there head office in Dubai.Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Architectural Bid Manager who will be responsible for leading the preparation and submission of detailed bids for large-scale architectural, master planning, and integrated design projects. The Bid Manager will coordinate with various teams to ensure that proposals meet client expectations as well as industry standards.Responsibilities:Manage the bid process from identifying opportunities to submitting comprehensive proposals.Reviews EOIs and RFPs from clients and provides summary of project brief, scope of services and submission requirements.Collaborate with design teams, technical experts, and financial analysts to gather necessary information and ensure alignment with client requirements.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitive environments.Prepare and review bid documents, ensuring they are high-quality and comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements.Lead bid strategy meetings, ensuring that all team members understand the bid plan and their respective responsibilities.Monitor the progress of bids and provide regular updates to senior management.Requirements:+10 years of professional experience in architecture, engineering and consulting industry;+2 years of relevant significant experience in design consultancy tender and bidding process is an advantage.Proven experience in bid management within the architecture or engineering sectors.Strong project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera) is an advantage;Working knowledge of design, drafting and BIM (Building Information Modelling) software (AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup) is an advantage.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Knowledge of the latest industry practices and regulatory standards.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
