Set up an optimum functional organisation in terms of resources and procedures and ensure that the SCM personnel assigned to the Project are aware and work to approved procedures and in accordance with Subsea7 Business Conduct Policy.Ensure the implementation of HSES Objectives.Manage the dedicated SCM resources assigned to the Project.Develop and supervise the updating of the Project Procurement Plan and provide regular and accurate status of SCM activities by means of appropriate reports.Review and finalise the Project Bidders Lists based on Company and Subsea7 approved Suppliers Lists and in accordance with the approved SCM Group strategy.Organise the Project SCM Kick off Meeting.Prepare the Project Special Terms & Conditions of Awards (including flowdowns from the Main Contract) with the assistance of the SCM Contract Engineer.Ensure the enquiries are issued in line with contractual requirements and Subsea7 procedures, liaising with Project Engineering Manager for review of technical clarifications or deviations.
