Customer Engagement:· Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop tailored digitalsolutions that address business challenges.· Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand theirrequirements, pain points, and objectives.· Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leaders,and business decision-makers.2. Solution Development:· Design comprehensive digital solutions leveraging our product offerings and technologycapabilities.· Create compelling presentations, whitepapers, and case studies to effectivelycommunicate the value proposition of our solutions.· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies tomaintain a competitive edge.3. Proposal Management:· Lead the preparation and customization of proposals, RFP responses, and other salescollateral.· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and marketing, to ensure alignment between customer requirements and solution capabilities. · Manage the proposal process from initiation to submission, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to deadlines.4. Vendor Management: · Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure favorable agreements and maximize profitability · Maintain ongoing relationships with vendors to ensure alignment with market demands and vendor certifications.5. Product Demonstrations: · Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions to showcase the features and functionality of our digital solutions. · Customize demos to address specific use cases and requirements identified during the sales process. · Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to continuously improve demo scripts and presentation materials.Requirements:· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.· Experience in software pre-sales,consulting, or solution architecture, with afocus on digital solutions.· Strong understanding of digital technologies, including Process Automation / Low Code, Application Modernization, AI/ML, and software engineeringExcellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strategic thinker with a passion for driving innovation and delivering value to customers.Scope of Work and Proposal writing experience.· Industry domain experience in Healthcare, Utilities or Financial Services-Added advantageTo Apply: Please share your resume at
