HR Business Partner| HR Talent Acquisition Partner |Talent Acquisition Specialist | HR Generalist |Employer Branding Advocate |HR Specialist…To be considered for this position, applicants must possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the MTO, banking, or finance industry.About us.Al Fardan Exchange is one of the leading financial service providers in the UAE, delivering value since 1971 through Adaptability, Service and Strength, with our diverse team members, representing over 31 nationalities in our 85+ strong network, spanning across all Emirates.What you’ll do in this role:Manage and maintain location information and network data to guarantee precise service availability.Collaborate closely with the IT team to identify and resolve network-related issues and implement enhancements.Supervise currency updates and modifications to comply with evolving financial regulations.Ensure all systems and documentation are promptly updated to reflect currency changes accurately.Monitor and oversee credit limits for both customers and partners.Work collaboratively with finance teams to enforce credit policies and make necessary adjustments as per requirements.Maintain and regularly update digital certifications to ensure their validity and compliance.Coordinate with IT and security teams to implement necessary changes in certification processes and systems.Administer user accounts, access controls, and permissions in accordance with security and privacy protocols.Ensure meticulous alignment of user management practices with established security standards.Coordinate and manage service scheduling to ensure prompt and efficient delivery.Maintain oversight of service schedules, facilitating rescheduling when necessary to meet evolving demands.Oversee the accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions, adhering to regulatory standards.Manage transaction amendments promptly and accurately in response to customer requests or regulatory changes.Authorize and approve transactions within defined limits, adhering to established protocols.Handle transaction amendments or cancellations following precise procedural guidelines.Assist in facilitating profile modifications for customers and partners in accordance with their requests.Ensure prompt and accurate updating of profiles to reflect any necessary changes.The Successful ApplicantWhat is required and what we’re looking forBachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in operations and data management, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the financial or fintech sector.Proficiency in data management and analytics, demonstrating the ability to handle complex data sets effectively.Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and processes.Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in relevant software and data processing tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.Excellent time management and organizational abilities, enabling the prioritization of tasks and meeting deadlines consistently.Knowledge and understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards, ensuring adherence to legal requirements.Familiarity with data management and security best practices, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.Understanding of transaction processing and credit management principles, facilitating efficient and compliant operations.
