Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Bid Coordinator in Dubai with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in bid submissions, preparation of pre-qualification documents, and invitations to tenders, preferably in the construction / engineering consultancy or design sector. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional seeking a dynamic role within a growing and ambitious company with a unique service offering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solid understanding of bid writing, design, and coordination of multidisciplinary engineering projects
  • A minimum of 5 years experience working with an engineering consultant or architectural design firm
  • responsible for the coordination of bids with the Heads of Divisions
  • Mentor other Bid Coordinators
  • Able to take a brief from the project lead and deliver & control the tasks required
  • Identify areas of improvement in the proposal process
  • Confident in using all aspects of Microsoft Office Essential
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign Preferred
