We are committed to excellence in our services and value the quality of our team members in achieving our business goals.Job Description:We are seeking an experienced HR and Talent Acquisition Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead our human resources department, focusing on recruiting top talent in the shipping/commodity trading industry and fostering a vibrant company culture.Requirements Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective hiring strategies that align with our business goals, especially within the shipping and commodity trading sectors across various geographies.Manage the complete recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to selection.Optimize and standardize internal company policies and employee management systems.Create and maintain a positive work environment, emphasizing teamwork and open communication.Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.Lead initiatives for employee development, including training and career growth opportunities.Address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a harmonious work environment.Participate in strategic planning with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and meet the needs of our diverse workforce.Conduct performance management and provide feedback to employees and management.Ensure the maintenance of accurate and comprehensive personnel records.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. Proven experience as an HR Manager, ideally in the shipping, chartering, or maritime industry. Strong understanding of the shipping industry and its operational challenges. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively across different levels of the organization. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations. Proficiency in HR software and tools.
