Role &responsibilities

  • Develop and implementcomprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talentacross various levels and functions.
  • Manage thefull recruitment lifecycle including job postings candidatesourcing screening interviewing and offernegotiation.
  • Partner with hiring managers tounderstand staffing needs and provide guidance on effective hiringpractices.
  • Build and maintain relationshipswith external recruitment agencies universities and professionalorganizations to enhance our talentpipeline.
  • Implement and oversee employeeonboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transitionfor new hires.
  • Develop and implement employeeretention strategies to foster a positive work environment andreduce turnover.
  • Provide guidance and supportto managers and employees on HR policies procedures and bestpractices.
  • Manage employee relations issuesincluding conflict resolution disciplinary actions and performanceimprovement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with allapplicable employment laws and regulations at the local state andfederal levels.
  • Oversee the performancemanagement process including goal setting performance evaluationsand development planning.
  • Collaborate with theHR team to develop and update HR policies procedures and employeehandbooks as needed.
  • Prepare and analyze HRmetrics and reports to assess the effectiveness of HR programs andinitiatives.
  • Stay informed about emergingtrends and best practices in HR and talent acquisition to drivecontinuousimprovement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimumof 5 years of progressive experience in HR and talent acquisitionroles with at least 3 years in a managerialcapacity.
  • Demonstrated expertise in fullcyclerecruitment including sourcing interviewing and selectiontechniques.
  • Strong understanding of employmentlaws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonaland communication skills with the ability to build rapport andinfluence at all levels of theorganization.
  • Proven ability to handlesensitive and confidential information with discretion andintegrity.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpacedenvironment and manage multiple prioritieseffectively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems andother relevant HR technologyplatforms.

Preferred candidateprofile:

  • Proven experience as HR andTalent Acquisition Manager.
  • Minimum 3 years ofexperience in leading a team.
  • Working knowledgeof all UAE Labor laws Ability to Commute: Dubai (Required) Abilityto Relocate: Dubai: Relocate before starting work(Required).
