s Hospitality Group is looking for a dynamic commercial manager to join its commercial team and work with the industry
s leading B2B platforms. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional new business developer with experience working across different media platforms (digital print social events etc) An existing knowledge and passion for hospitality in the GCC is essential. This rare opening offers career progression opportunities and a supportive environment to develop and grow within an exceptional team and business.RequirementsRequirementsKey responsibilities:Source develop and maintain a new client base.Drive brandnew revenue by creating relationships with new partners and clients.Responsible for pitching media solutions to a wide variety of different partners and clients.Utilize features topics events and products to increase and diversify opportunities for new partners and clients.Create highquality presentations that bring each pitch to life during the sales process.Deliver outstanding ongoing client service and flawless postcampaign reports.Exceed revenue targets via professional highquality pitching and presenting.Work with the Advertising Director to ensure client briefs are exceeded and the editorial team to ensure ALL executions reflects overall content / editorial standards and strategy.Have your finger on the pulse of the industry using professional contacts events and social media networks to identify the next big supplier in the market.Requirements:Personal attributes and essential skills:A doer.An exceptional new business developer.Driven by exceeding revenue targets and finding new clients.Strong understanding of all media formats and platforms in brand stable.An existing network within the UAE GCC and globally.Strong relationshipbuilding and communication skills.Superb organisational skills.Passion for coming up with creative solutions and seeing through to fruition.Able to work creatively and efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines.Education & Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in media sales including print social events. Develop and execute an effective content strategy that aligns with the brand's objectives and resonates with our target audience. Plan, assign, write, and edit articles, features, and daily online news stories, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to the brand's editorial standards. Stay updated on industry trends, news, and developments to ensure the brand's content remains timely and relevant. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including industry experts and partners, to enhance content quality and coverage. Ensure the timely publication of content across various platforms, including the brand's website, social media channels, and print publications. Monitor and analyse content performance metrics to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and professional growth. Qualifications: Bachelor
s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field. A minimum of five years of editorial experience, prior experience in B2B publishing is preferred. Required Skills: Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills. Strong editorial skills including editing, proofreading, and fact checking. Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics. Excellent organisational and project management skills. Proficient in using editorial software and tools. Strong knowledge of digital publishing platforms, content management systems, and SEO best practices. Paywall experience. Project budget management skills. Desirable Attributes: Passionate about the GCC technology market. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
