Senior Manager - Product Commercial - Dubai Airports Senior Manager - Product Commercial - Dubai AirportsThe team provides and supports the systems that glue the business together. They bring us smart developments and advanced processes which revolutionise what we do.What youll deliverYoull develop products systems and services in the digital commercial brands and communications and Strategy functions while maintaining the performance level of existing systems and services.Youll focus on all IT matters for the commercial and strategy business units.Youll ensure that technology strategy is aligned to business strategy including liaising with internal technology support teams and external suppliers on support incidents/changes.Youll be responsible for providing project oversight on behalf of the Business area for all software delivery in line with organization goals.Youll also provide support and service level management of all IT services delivered to the business area.What you bringYou should be educated to a bachelors degree level in or a field relevant toBusiness Administration or Computer Science or Electronics or Information Technology.Youll have knowledge in managing operationally critical systems in Aviation.Youll have significant experience in delivering digital transformation to organizations increasing their brand value and reputation.Youll have demonstrable knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.Youll have expert knowledge in internet of things (beacons sensors WiFi) indoor wayfinding location & social analytics and WiFi customer engagement.Life at Dubai AirportsFastmoving and fastgrowing Dubai Airports is a business thats all about delivering great airport experiences 24 hours a day.
