As one of the few truly global performance improvement companies out there, our services, solutions, and technologies empower companies to perform above their potential.About the role: You will work closely with the Programme Training Manager to develop learning plans and using your knowledge and experience, introduce technology solutions to enhance the learning experience.Additionally, you will:Analyse, review and recommend learning technologies to drive enhancements in learning, development, and delivery solutions and facilitate demonstrations and presentations.Work with external suppliers, contractors, SMEs and associates to scope out solutions to support the training requirements.Manage risk to ensure long- and short-term resource plans are always in place to deliver projects commissioned and that contingencies are in place for projected requirements.Work with the Training Centre management team to ensure work is managed through the project management governance and that all global processes are adhered to.Provide clear monthly reports on project performance, resources, budgets and other financials and weekly updates to management team.Ensure the quality of Learning projects meet the Client’s and GP Strategies’ standards.Prioritising, planning and production of project plans, monitoring progress and highlighting potential risks.Day to day coordination and management of IT systems (equipment, software), multimedia, and e-learning activities to ensure high quality delivery.E-Learning includes Virtual Classroom, Video on Demand, Web Based Training, gamification, augmented / virtual applications and LMS readiness.Effective management of team members.Management of Training Center projects and technology activities.Oversee and manage the IT services & technology related budget, and assets.Coordinate and manage all virtual skills competitions and events.Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity – apply now at dubaiofferz.com
