About our clientWe are working with a prestigious global investor based in Abu Dhabi. They are looking to bring on a VP or SVP to join their entertainment investments team. The position is focused on bringing in IPs, media rights and maximising the existing infrastructure for gaming, Esports, community engagement and sports events. What the job involvesStrategic planning and execution, including bringing in intellectual property (IP) and media rightsOversight of the existing entertainment portfolio with a focus on gaming, community engagement, events, and sportsMaximising utilisation of existing infrastructure and increasing community engagementDeveloping and executing a comprehensive strategy for the entertainment sector and managing significant capital deployment across various investment vehiclesDirecting the development of pitch decks and investment proposals to present to the Investment CommitteeWho we are looking forExtensive buy side investment experience in gaming, Esports, sports, and community engagementStrong understanding of the value chain within the entertainment industryProven track record of driving innovation and growth in the entertainment sector with the ability to develop and execute a comprehensive strategyExcellent leadership and communication skillsA Bachelor's and/or Master's, degree from a top-tier universityThe ability to be based full-time in Abu Dhabi (relocation if required)Save roleLog in to apply
