Commercial Card Product Support Consultant Commercial Card Product Support ConsultantProject scope: Commercial Cards Product SupportRole:Oversee and support the launch of the SME and corporate cards;Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing operations and technology to deliver integrated card solutions to commercial customers;Develop and manage the budget for the commercial card division ensuring profitability and costeffectiveness;Oversee the commercial card operations ensuring efficiency compliance and a high level of customer service;Implement risk management strategies to minimize fraud and ensure the security of card transactions.Prepare and present reports on the performance of the commercial card products including revenue profitability and market engagement.Leverage Mastercard assets and resources when applicable to deliver the support on the abovementioned responsibilitiesKnowledge & Experience:10 to 12 years of relevant experience;GCC experience preferredStrong understanding of commercial banking products across SME and large corporates;Strong team player results driven and high level of energy and initiative;People management skills; and Disclaimer: Drjobs.ae
