10 years of experience in a Logistics environmentDeep understanding of ocean and air operations freight forwardingExperience in creating processes and working operating procedures.Solid grasp of project management, preference and CommunicationExperience in working in a matrix environmentExperience in driving organizational change and successfully implementing process improvements across diverse teams and departments (including experience in M&A).Fluent in Business English (spoken and written)Sets clear goals and achieves results, develops solid relationships within the team, persuades and influences others, motivates people to perform, delegates and empowers othersAbility to mentor and coach in a team environment; ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
