Our firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Client Services Associate to join our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in our financial services team, responsible for providing top-notch client service and contributing to our organization's success. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of investment concepts, financial planning, and wealth management technology systems, coupled with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Process new account applications in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met. Prepare presentations and materials for client meetings, demonstrating a solid understanding of the client's financial objectives and our firm's investment strategies. Perform various administrative duties including maintaining client records, scheduling appointments, and coordinating communications between clients and our financial advisors. Utilize MS Office to create reports, manage data, and assist in the preparation of financial plans and investment portfolios. Respond to client requests promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and solutions to their inquiries and concerns. Leverage wealth management technology systems to enhance client relationships, improve service delivery, and support our firm's financial strategies. Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the financial services industry to provide informed advice and service to our clients.
Qualifications
Ideally 1-3 years of experience in a client services role within the financial services industry. Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Solid understanding of financial planning, investment concepts, and wealth management technology systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is highly preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
