Building on ARN’s commitment to embracing the future and being able to provide access to the best marketing platforms in the region, MPN by Dubai Holding Entertainment is a multimedia sales house, operating premium out-of-home assets, video production, event sponsorship and activations.Job Overview: Here's your chance to step into the role of Manager - Digital Marketing at Dubai Holding Entertainment: in this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:Deliver the digital strategy both planning and execution across all digital channelsSocial Channels: Manage and coordinate social strategy, campaign management and new ways to drive social growthCRM: Deliver CRM strategy and execution, including EDM/ Push Notifications campaign executions, driving performanceDigital campaigns: Managing and executing end to end digital campaignsMarketing campaigns: Deliver digital as part of key marketing campaignsDeliver and manage the digital customer journey for all digital channels, looking to improve and enhance the experience across the digital ecosystemManage and drive the e-commerce experience across platforms to drive conversionManage ecommerce strategy and execution to optimize customer journeyDigital partners: Manage and develop relationships with all digital partners to drive best performanceAgency Management: Manage all digital and creative agencies, delivering on deadline and KPIsDeliver and manage digital KPIs, being performance orientated at all timesOnground support for all campaigns (where necessary)Deliver service procedures for digital and marketing team to optimize performanceUnderstand and have experience in risk and governance on digital channels such as but not limited to GDPR, digital security, cyber securityAbout you: The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing or relevant field• Minimum 6 - 10 years of relevant experience• Strong digital acumen, understands platform performance• Strong knowledge of digital platforms across, web, CMS, CRM, social, ecommerce, APP• Upskills self on digital platforms across digital ecosystem, seeks to understand• Strong communications, written and oral skills• Develop and implement all standards and procedures• Website, SEO, Social Media Management and CRM• Achieve business goals and objectives for the marketing department• Monitor performance of team members and manage performance• Promote a healthy, safe, and hazard-free work environmentAbout the Benefits:In the world of entertainment, Dubai Holding Entertainment is dedicated to nurturing the talents and well-being of our team members.
