In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:The Ride Operations Assistant Manager is pivotal in ensuring the seamless daily operations of all ride facets at Ain Dubai. This role not only guarantees the safety and satisfaction of guests but also focuses on the strategic development and leadership of the Rides Team, aligning with the broader objectives of the Ain Dubai Management Team.Key Accountabilities:Uphold and enforce the ride Code of Safe Working Practice(s) and all Play Permit requirements, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff.Spearhead the training, certification, and continuous professional development of ride staff, ensuring a well-equipped and knowledgeable team.Liaison with the HSE Manager, ensuring a synergistic approach to compliance with Ain Dubai’s Health and Safety Policies, and safety authorities.Lead the Rides Team with a focus on efficiency, staff deployment, and the delivery of unparalleled customer service experiences.Conduct rigorous daily verifications of pre-operational procedures, ensuring the ride is always "guest-ready."Coordinate comprehensive training and development plans, focusing on both personal and technical skills enhancement for team members.Proactively address guest complaints, leveraging feedback for continuous improvement and enhanced guest experiences.Oversee the meticulous development, review, and maintenance of Ride Operations training manuals, SOPs, and safety protocols.Strategically forecast ride staffing requirements, ensuring optimal staff deployment while managing operational budgets.Any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Management Team.Key Performance Indicators (KPI):Achieve or exceed an average annual value: 85% customer satisfaction rating.Consistently maintain or surpass a TripAdvisor score of 4.5.Demonstrable adherence to all safety and operational procedures.Effective leadership, resulting in a motivated and high-performing Rides Team.Efficient budget management, ensuring profitability.Qualifications: Degree Holder/EquivalentExperience: 3-4 years in a similar attraction/high-volume ride setting.Demonstrable experience in basic budgeting and forecasting.Proven track record of planning, managing, and delivering operational projects.Skills:Proficiency in coordinating and managing special events.In-depth knowledge of Working Safely protocols and risk management control systems.About the Benefits:In the world of entertainment, Dubai Holding Entertainment is dedicated to nurturing the talents and well-being of our team members.
