Wat zijn de taken van de Junior Treasurer?

  • Dagelijks beheer van bankzaken, inclusief betalingsvoorbereiding in ERP en Isabel, inboeken van bankafschriften in het ERP-systeem, cash forecast en maandelijkse provisie.
  • Ondersteuning van projecten en initiatieven binnen de Treasury-afdeling.
  • Back-up voor de Treasury Officer.
  • Key person voor klantenopvolging in Clearnox, inclusief algemeen overzicht van klantenopvolging, versturen van rappels en opvolgen van kredietlimieten.
  • Diverse boekhoudkundige taken zoals opvolging van borgen, grootboekrekeningen en rapporteringen.

Profiel van de Junior Treasurer?

  • Bachelor boekhouding/fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Bij voorkeur 1 à 2 jaar ervaring, een gedreven en ambitieuze junior.
  • Analytisch en vaardig met computersystemen, vooral Excel.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en praktische manier van werken, zowel individueel als in teamverband.
  • Stressbestendig en betrouwbaar
  • Nederlands met sterke kennis van Frans, of bereid om eraan te werken.
