As a Key Account Manager based in Abu Dhabi (AUH), you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our business in the region. You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of client initiatives and drive revenue growth.Key responsibilities:Key Account Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in Abu Dhabi (AUH) region, serving as their primary point of contact.Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and align our solutions to meet their needs.Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels, address concerns, and explore growth opportunities.Sales and Revenue Growth:Drive sales revenue by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.Prospect and acquire new clients in the Abu Dhabi (AUH) market, leveraging market research and networking efforts.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the region.Solution Selling and Client Engagement:Collaborate with internal technical teams to develop customized solutions that address clients' specific requirements.Present product demonstrations, proposals, and business cases to clients, highlighting the value proposition of our solutions.Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions with clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.Market Analysis and Strategy:Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the Abu Dhabi (AUH) market.Analyze market data and client feedback to identify emerging opportunities and inform sales and marketing strategies.Provide input to product development teams on new product features or enhancements based on client needs and market demands.Collaboration and Teamwork:Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of client initiatives.Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment of solutions for clients in Abu Dhabi (AUH).Minimum Experience and Knowledge:Emirati national based in Abu Dhabi (AUH) with a valid UAE driving license.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Proven track record in sales or key account management roles, preferably in the UAE market.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of local market dynamics, business culture, and client preferences.Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.1.
