Learning and Development Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Consultant to join a semi-government entity in Abu Dhabi. The L&D Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive learning and development programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our employees. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs, develop effective learning strategies, and contribute to the overall organizational growth.Key Responsibilities:Needs Analysis:Conduct thorough assessments to identify training needs within the organization.Collaborate with stakeholders and department heads to understand business objectives and individual employee development goals.Learning Program Design and Development:Design and develop engaging and impactful learning programs, incorporating a variety of instructional methods and technologies.Create curriculum and training materials that align with organizational goals and objectives.Training Delivery:Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in-person and virtually.Ensure that training sessions are interactive, relevant, and address the identified learning objectives.Learning Evaluation:Develop and implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.Analyze training data and feedback to make continuous improvements to learning initiatives.Consultation and Collaboration:Collaborate with HR, department managers, and subject matter experts to align learning programs with organizational needs.Provide expert advice and guidance on learning and development best practices.Stay Updated on Industry Trends:Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in learning and development.Integrate innovative and effective approaches to enhance learning experiences.Project Management:Manage multiple learning and development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.Monitor and report on the progress of learning initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.Proven experience as an L&D Consultant or in a similar role.Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.Familiarity with e-learning platforms and technologies.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills.Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively across various levels of the organization.
