We are looking for someone who will:Supervise and coordinate the activities of the carpentry workshop, including planning, scheduling, and assigning tasks to team members.Ensure all carpentry work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.Train, mentor, and motivate team members to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.Conduct regular inspections of work in progress and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.Manage inventory of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and maintenance.Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the production process.Maintain accurate records of work orders, inventory, and employee performance.Perform heavy physical labour.Work in accordance with the global Doka quality rules and proceduresWork in various environments as required (workshop and at site)QualificationsTrade BackgroundSchool certificateBasic EnglishGood literacy levelTeam playerAbility to work unsupervisedAdditional InformationYears of Experience: minimum 3 yearsQualifications:school certificateJob Type:Full timeLocation: Dubai/ UAEAs a customer-focused organization, Doka understands that its greatest assets are its employees, which is why Doka is consistently looking for talented professionals who are keen to develop their career in this challenging industry.
