The Product & Strategy Analyst is a key role at the nexus of project leadership, innovation, and partnership cultivation. The individual in this position is responsible for steering a diverse portfolio that includes pioneering projects, strategic events, and insightful research. The role requires proactive engagement with various stakeholders across local, regional, and international domains, aiming to cultivate meaningful collaborations that align with our organizational goals. Reporting directly to the Head of Product & Strategy, the Analyst will play an instrumental role in identifying and securing potential partners and sponsors, adeptly managing projects and agreements, and skillfully negotiating terms that serve both our mission and objectives.Role and ResponsibilitiesStrategy development and updates:Ongoing benchmarking of tech initiatives globally (to stay ahead of the curve)Strategy development and refinementBoard and management updates + ad-hoc management updatesReport development (for products and partnerships)Product development and implementation:Continuously developing new products (e.g. subsector-specific hubs, commercialization, challenges, etc.)Developing feasibility studies for new product development (i.e. concept creation, financial plan, operational plan, project management to oversee implementation from other teams)Joint product development with partnersSupport in continuously assessing success of programs and improving existing programs / creating new programs to solve for ecosystem gapsPartnership management:Support in managing current and new partnerships (from a product design perspective)Structure an engagement model to continuously follow up with partners and ensure maximum scope activationDevelop reports outlining status of partnerships (including key learnings)Qualifications and ExperienceRequired: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or similar fieldsMinimum 1 year consulting background in one of the top tier global consultancy firmsDesired: 1-2 years’ experienceSkills and KnowledgeAbility to manage complex projects independentlyAbility to develop and deliver business plans and strategiesStrong research and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBest Fit Profile CharacteristicsOpen team playerSelf-management and directionAmbition to transform our world
