Senior Quality Inspector Jobs In Dubai UAE | McDermott International, Ltd

Prepare and submit Project specific Receiving inspection procedure for the projects incorporating relevant project specification requirements related to material receipt.Responsible for manpower planning and forecast.Ensure all Quality Inspector – Materials, understands applicable contract documents/standard codes.Assure material received in accordance with the PO, ITP, and Technical Specification, Codes/Material standards to determine conformity. All inspection results need to be documented on warehouse checklist and if non conformity exists, suitable documentation (OS&D, NCR) shall be issued to establish corrective and preventive action. Perform receiving inspections such as visual, dimensional, verification of markings, review of Material Test Certificates/Inspection Release Notes in accordance with project specifications, codes/material standard and scope of work as noted in the PO and ITPs.Generating change management process such as Site Query, Technical Query, Technical deviation, waivers etc. for any deviation to the project requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years diploma/ degree in Mechanical/Metallurgical/Electrical & Instrumentation.8+ years Quality control or related experience in Weld, Material, E&I Inspection.
