Actively organise in all HR activities. Monthly HR activities calendar.Plan, communicate, implement, evaluate and monitor corporate training programmesPrepare regular reports and presentations such as monthly Training Report.Manage training materials inventory, ensuring that materials are available in good condition at all times.Monitor and report eLearning progress and participation, reporting any discrepancies as well as working with Suppliers to resolve issues.Attend and contribute to all training sessions, staff warfare/activities as required monthly basicsCarry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.Ability to work independently to deliver results and you will need to make things happen.Strong interpersonal. Ability to perform a wide range of multi-tasksQualificationsWorking towards a qualification in Human Resources or related fields.
