Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Environmental & Compliance Consultant to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background knowledge and working experience in the fields of, inter alia, environmental auditing, environmental site assessments, environment assurance and compliance, and environmental management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for the environmental compliance and auditing unit, helping to drive forward business development in the sector, including with regards to writing proposals and participating in conferences and eventsConduct site environmental monitoring visits to ensure environmental protection measures are being implemented during project constructionConduct environmental due diligence assessments for clients, including site assessments, risk assessments and compliance auditsBecome a key member of the senior leadership team within the environmental divisionAnalyse environmental data and prepare comprehensive reports on environmental performance, including trends and analysis and recommendations for improvementStay current with environmental regulations, industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative and effective environmental consulting servicesAssist in the generation of repeat work with clientsDelivery of environmental consultancy projects to high levels of quality within project deadlinesWhere applicable, development of strong relationships with existing and new clients through project deliveryProvide guidance and leadership to more junior team members and provide formal mentorship and line managementProvide both a project management and project director role for specific, separate, projectsProject management of a variety of projects of varying complexity and scaleQuality assurance of project work undertaken by othersManage both the technical and commercial aspects of projectsContribution to the continued growth of the environmental divisionBuild and oversee team developmentManagement of multiple client relationships
Essential Skills:
Bachelors degree in an Environmental disciplineMinimum 8 years experienceCertified ISO Lead AuditorEvidence of independent project management of a variety of projects presenting complex issuesTechnical expertise and leadership, particularly in ESA/EMS/CEMPLine management and ensuring continuous technical improvement within the divisionAbility to independently represent the company in a client-facing role and to manage client satisfactionLine management and ensuring continuous technical improvement within the division.
